Delivery to EU: 10–17 business days

Delivery to USA: 12–20 business days

Free shipping: On all orders $100+

EU customers — there are no extra costs at checkout. VAT and customs duties are already included in the price you see.

US customers — you don't pay any import duties. We cover these charges on your behalf.

If you're ever asked to pay additional customs charges, please contact us and we'll help resolve it.

Orders are checked, packed, and dispatched within 1–2 business days of purchase.

During busy periods (new season kit launches, sales), preparation may take slightly longer — we'll always keep you updated.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link.

You can also check your order status anytime by logging into your account or contacting us directly.

While most orders arrive within the estimated timeframe, international shipping can occasionally be delayed due to customs processing or local courier issues.

If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please get in touch — we're happy to investigate and help.

Occasionally, packages are returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or unclaimed customs holds.

If this happens, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping costs may apply) or a refund.
