Returns

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return or exchange.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

Faulty or incorrect item: Return shipping is free — we'll cover the cost.

Change of mind (wrong size, no longer wanted): The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

We offer two options for eligible returns:

Refund: Money back to your original payment method.

Exchange: Swap for a different size or a different item.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund or exchange within a few business days.

To start a return or exchange, please contact us with your order number and the reason for the return.

We'll guide you through the next steps, including where to send your item.
